**Return Period**  

You can apply for a return within 30 days from the date of purchase.

**Return Conditions**  

Products must be in their original state, unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.  

The returned product must include all accessories.

**Non-Returnable Items**  

Items that cannot be resold after use (e.g., paper or labels).  

Custom items, sale items, or gift cards.

**Return Process**

If your return is accepted, we will send a return shipping label and shipping instructions. 

Items not requested for return will not be accepted.  

Please note that customers must bear the cost of returning the product and provide the tracking number to our support team (support@makeid.com). We will process the refund within 3 business days after receiving the returned product.

**Damaged Upon Arrival**  

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can assess the issue and make it right.

Warranty Policy

Warranty Period

You can apply for product repair service if the under-warranty product has a manufacturing defect during the warranty period.

The warranty period for the printer is 12 months from the shipping date. However, if the product takes more than 30 days to reach the consumer after shipping, the warranty period will start from the date the consumer actually receives the product.

Conditions for Requesting Warranty Service

1.Provide proof of a valid serial number.

2.The product experiences a malfunction during the warranty period, and the malfunction is due to a manufacturing defect.

3.Contact the headquarter after-sales center within 10 days of discovering the issue, and include a dated proof of purchase.

Contents Not Covered by This Service Policy

1.The warranty will be immediately void if the purchaser or any other party attempts to repair, maintain, or make changes to the product by any means. We will no longer bear the corresponding warranty responsibilities and obligations.
2.This warranty does not apply to accidents, misuse, improper installation, unauthorized repairs, tampering, modifications, fire, water damage, collision, or other external damages, including damages caused by user-replaceable parts.
