The app cannot be used on iPad?

It is not recommended to use an iPad as there may be compatibility issues. It is recommended to download the app on your mobile phone for printing.

Why do machines require location, camera, and other permissions?

Our printer utilizes a low-power Bluetooth communication protocol, which requires the use of location permission as per Google's system requirements for Android devices. Therefore, our app needs to access your location information to connect to the printer.

Please note that this location permission is solely intended to facilitate the search and connection process of the printer, and we will not collect or utilize your location information in any other way. It is important to emphasize that the use of location permission is based on Google's development requirements, and it is not defined by our company.

How to correctly link Bluetooth L1/APP and set Bluetooth permissions?

① first please check that you find the APP in the phone settings and check whether the Bluetooth permission is turned on.

② Please note that you need to turn on Bluetooth and connect to the machine through the APP, not the Bluetooth connection in the phone settings.

The operation process is as follows, please refer to:

Download "MAKEID-Life" and agree to connect your phone via Bluetooth in APP.

Step 1: Open the APP click L1 and connect to your phone.

Step 2: Click search, add a device and connect successfully(Please make sure your label maker and Bluetooth is on).

Step 3: Click “me” and try printer self-inspection.
